I have made costumes for children from Halloween to ballet to time period pieces. Make a reservation for the first hour to discuss what exactly you are wanting made. That way you are in my appointment book. Price only covers initial meeting. Estimated price will be given at initial meeting. Payment in full is required before receiving the item.
